These terms apply to oven cleaning and related services provided by Oven Cleaner Glasgow.

Quotes & pricing

Prices shown on this website are indicative guide prices. We confirm a fixed, all-in price with you before any work begins. That agreed price will not change unless the work required differs materially from what was described when quoting.

Bookings

Appointments are arranged by mutual agreement. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to rearrange so we can offer the slot to someone else.

Our work

We take great care in your home, use protective coverings and clean up after ourselves. We use eco-friendly, non-caustic products suitable for domestic appliances. Very occasionally, pre-existing damage or wear (e.g. perished seals, prior damage to coatings) may only become visible once an appliance is cleaned; this is not caused by our work.

Satisfaction guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not happy with any part of the clean, tell us at the time and we'll put it right.

Insurance

We are fully insured. Any concern relating to our work should be raised with us promptly so we can resolve it.
